Jennifer Horrocks has served as Vice President, Human Resources for the Cornerstone Building Brands Canadian Business Unit since June 2018. Prior to holding this position, Ms. Horrocks served as the Human Resources and Health & Safety Manager for Mitten Building Products from November 2014 to June 2018. Before joining Cornerstone Building Brands, Ms. Horrocks was employed by Centra Industries, a division of Precision Castparts Corporation, from 2008 to 2014, with responsibilities including all Human Resources, Environmental, and Health and Safety functions for numerous manufacturing facilities. Ms. Horrocks has held various Human Resources and Safety leadership positions within the manufacturing industry throughout her 14+ year career.
Ms. Horrocks earned a B.A. Hons in Contemporary Studies from Wilfrid Laurier University as well as a Human Resources Management, Honours, Post Graduate Certificate from Mohawk College of Applied Arts and Technology. Ms. Horrocks is also a Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL) in good standing with the Human Resources Professional Association of Ontario. More recently, Ms. Horrocks graduated from the Enterprise Leadership Program at Kenan-Flagler Business School through the University of North Carolina.
