Kim Liegghio joined Cornerstone Building Brands on January 6, 2020, as the HR Manager for Mitten Building Products. On August 30, 2020, Ms. Liegghio was promoted to Director, Human Resources, assuming responsibility for both Mitten and Ply Gem Canada. More recently, Ms. Liegghio was promoted to Director, Human Resources – Canada, on April 2, 2023, and is responsible for leading the execution of the Company’s people strategies across the Canadian Business Unit.
Prior to Cornerstone Building Brands, Ms. Liegghio started her career in Human Resources in Automotive Manufacturing, with responsibilities that spanned both Health & Safety and Environmental while working at Sodecia London Inc, formerly AZ Automotive.
Ms. Liegghio obtained her Human Resources Management Certificate in 2009 and received her Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL) designation with the Human Resources Professional Association of Ontario in 2013. Ms. Liegghio is currently in good standing with the HRPAO.
