Mr. Krenicki is currently serving as Interim President and CEO of Cornerstone Building Brands. He has served as Chairman of the Company’s Board of Directors since 2022 and has been a director since 2018.
Mr. Krenicki joined Clayton, Dubilier & Rice (CD&R), the private equity firm that acquired Cornerstone Building Brands, in 2013 after a 29-year career at the General Electric Company (GE). He serves as vice chairman and operating partner on CD&R’s Industrials team and also leads the internal processes related to the Firm’s operationally focused value creation, best practice sharing, risk and talent recruitment initiatives. He currently serves as chairman for CD&R portfolio companies Artera Services and as a director of Brand Industrial Services in addition to his roles with Cornerstone Building Brands.
Mr. Krenicki is a former vice chairman of GE and former president and CEO of GE Energy. At GE Energy, his responsibilities included oversight of GE’s $50 billion revenue oil & gas, power & water and energy management businesses, which employed more than 100,000 people in more than 165 countries. Mr. Krenicki held several leadership roles with GE prior to leading GE Energy, including president and CEO of GE Plastics and GE Transportation.
Mr. Krenicki earned a Bachelor of Science degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Connecticut. He received a Master of Science degree in management from Purdue University.

Jeff Lee has served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Cornerstone Building Brands since June 2019. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Lee was Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Wilsonart International since 2014. Wilsonart is a global manufacturer and distributor of decorative engineered surfaces like laminate, performance veneer and quartz surfaces for the commercial and residential markets. Before his role at Wilsonart, Mr. Lee was the Executive Vice President and Corporate CFO for Contech. He began his career at Eaton Corporation where he had a twelve-year career with various finance and operational roles of increasing responsibility. Mr. Lee holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Utah and an M.B.A from Duke University. He is also a Six Sigma Champion and received Lean Training at the University of Tennessee.
President, Canadian Business Unit
Lisa Domnisch joined Cornerstone Building Brands as President of our Canadian Business Unit in August 2023. Ms. Domnisch brings nearly 20 years of strategic leadership experience in product development, business planning, sales and marketing, and operational excellence to Cornerstone Building Brands, serving most recently as Global Product Leader for DuPont’s Water & Protection construction business. Prior to this role, Ms. Domnisch held various leadership roles of increasing responsibility at DuPont and built a successful consulting practice accelerating results, building capability and aligning diverse stakeholders in the agriculture and not-for-profit sectors.
Ms. Domnisch studied political science at the University of Western Ontario and received an Honors of Business Administration diploma from the Canadian Institute of Business. A lifelong learner, she has completed Executive Leadership programs from the Columbia Graduate School of Business, MIT Sloan School of Management and the University of Guelph.

Matthew Ackley joined Cornerstone Building Brands as President, Engineered Building Systems on April 12, 2021, and was promoted to President, Shelter Solutions effective November 11, 2021. He brings with him nearly 20 years of accomplished leadership in the building materials industry. Most recently, Mr. Ackley served as Vice President, Sales for USG Corporation, overseeing its Commercial Ceilings and Corporate Accounts teams, where he led strategic planning, sales execution and revenue and profit growth efforts.
Mr. Ackley spent much of his career at USG Corporation, holding roles of increasing responsibility including Vice President, Architectural Sales; Area Manager, Central; Sr. Manager, Investor Relations; Category Manager, Interior Walls – L&W Supply and several other roles in sales and operations. He holds a B.A. in Economics and Spanish from University of Redlands and an MBA from Pepperdine University.

Petar (Pete) Andrich joined Cornerstone Building Brands as Executive Vice President, Chief Human Resources Officer in July 2023, assuming responsibility for the company’s talent and culture strategy.
Mr. Andrich has nearly 30 years of global leadership experience, serving most recently as Vice President, Human Resources at Calumet Specialty Products, a leading specialty petroleum products company. Prior to Calumet, Mr. Andrich held various roles of increasing responsibility at Amcor, ASR Group, British Petroleum (BP), General Electric (GE) and PPG Industries.
Mr. Andrich holds a bachelor’s degree from Purdue University and a master’s degree from the University of West Florida.

Alena Brenner joined Cornerstone Building Brands as Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary on April 5, 2021, assuming the company’s legal, compliance and risk management functions.
Ms. Brenner brings with her more than 20 years of legal experience, most recently serving as Vice President and Deputy General Counsel for Ryder System, Inc., a transportation and logistics company.
Prior to her work with Ryder, Ms. Brenner was the Director of Commercial Law and M&A at the New York headquarters of Anheuser-Busch InBev (AB InBev). She previously spent over eight years at the New York City office of the law firm Hunton & Williams (now Hunton Andrews Kurth LLP) working in the Global Capital Markets and M&A group.
Ms. Brenner earned a bachelor’s degree in Industrial and Labour Relations from Cornell University and a juris doctorate from Fordham University School of Law. Ms. Brenner also serves on the board for Teach for America – Miami, a non-profit organization focused on recruiting outstanding and diverse leaders to teach in K-12 schools in low-income communities.

Melissa Jones serves as President, Surface Solutions, having joined Cornerstone Building Brands in July 2022.
Ms. Jones brings more than 20 years of leadership experience and demonstrated success delivering revenue and profit growth through customer-centric organic growth strategies, M&A integration, operational excellence, and commercial excellence in the industrial machinery and electrical manufacturing industries. Most recently, Ms. Jones served as Group President, Commercial Water Solutions at Pentair, a global water treatment and solutions company, where she also held other various roles of increasing responsibility.
Prior to Pentair, Ms. Jones was Director of Product, Channel and Marketing at Generac Power Systems and Director of Marketing at Johnson Controls. She has also worked in corporate marketing functions at Abbott Laboratories, Milwaukee Tool and Stanley Black & Decker.
Ms. Jones holds a Bachelor of Arts in economics from St. Mary’s Honors College of Maryland and an M.B.A from the University of Maryland.
Interim President, Aperture Solutions – U.S.
Tim has served as a director for Cornerstone Building Brands since November 2018. He currently serves on the Audit Committee and the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee. From 2013 through 2024, Mr. O’Brien served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Wilsonart Engineered Surfaces. Prior to joining Wilsonart, Mr. O’Brien served as Vice President and General Manager of SABIC Innovative Plastic (formerly GE Plastics), responsible for the engineering resins business in the Americas and Europe. Mr. O’Brien began his career at General Electric as a Sales Representative for GE Lighting. Throughout his 24-year career at GE, he also held roles of increasing responsibility in sales, product management and general management, including Vice President of Sales and Distribution Operations for Asia Pacific, based in Singapore, and Senior Vice President for Commercial Finance with GE Capital leading a global computer leasing business. Mr. O’Brien earned his bachelor’s degree from Northeastern University in Massachusetts and his MBA from Baldwin Wallace College in Ohio.

Susan S. Selle has served as Chief Marketing Officer for Cornerstone Building Brands, the merged NCI Building Systems and Ply Gem Building Products company, since November 2018. Before the merger, Ms. Selle served as Chief Marketing Officer for Ply Gem since July 2014. Before joining Ply Gem, Ms. Selle held senior marketing and brand leadership roles with Jarden Consumer Solutions (formerly Sunbeam Products) from 1998 – 2014. While at Jarden, she led global marketing, customer marketing, advertising strategy, category management, digital & social marketing, shopper marketing and portfolio brand management for leading brands such as Mr. Coffee, Crock-Pot, Oster, Sunbeam, Foodsaver, First Alert, Holmes, Margaritaville Products and Healthometer. Prior to joining Jarden, Ms. Selle was employed by Tyson Foods in Retail Product Marketing and Nestle Foods in Sales and Regional Marketing. She graduated from the University of Missouri – Columbia with a B.S in Marketing and Management and brings over 30 years of marketing experience with top Fortune 500 companies.

Alan Strassner has served as Executive Vice President, Chief Growth Officer for Cornerstone Building Brands since 2022. His responsibilities include strategy, growth ventures, mergers & acquisitions, and integration. Mr. Strassner previously served as the Senior Vice President of Strategy & Business Development for Cornerstone Building Brands since 2018 and the Vice President of Corporate Strategy for NCI Building Systems since 2015. Prior to working at Cornerstone Building Brands, Alan held various corporate finance & strategy roles at a family office and was employed by Ernst & Young from 2006 to 2011. Mr. Strassner holds an MBA from Rice University, Jones Graduate School of Business and an MSA/BBA from the Honors College at the University of Houston, Bauer College of Business.

John N. Wallace has served as Executive Vice President, Operational Excellence, for Cornerstone Building Brands since January 2023. Leading the enterprise-wide Operations Center of Excellence (CoE) team, his responsibilities include Supply Chain, Strategic Sourcing, Logistics & Transportation, Quality & Continuous Improvement, Business Transformation, Working Capital, Sales and Operations Planning and Environmental, Health & Safety. Mr. Wallace previously served as Senior Vice President of Operations – Shelter Solutions as well as President of our previously owned Coil Coating Business since 2020.
Mr. Wallace has spent 25 years in the manufacturing industry, holding various roles of diverse and increasing responsibility in Integration Management, Quality & Continuous Improvement, Human Resources, Customer Service and as a General Manager. Mr. Wallace earned his B.S. in Business Administration from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio and an MBA from Indiana Wesleyan University.

Melissa Jones serves as President, Surface Solutions, having joined Cornerstone Building Brands in July 2022.
Ms. Jones brings more than 20 years of leadership experience and demonstrated success delivering revenue and profit growth through customer-centric organic growth strategies, M&A integration, operational excellence, and commercial excellence in the industrial machinery and electrical manufacturing industries. Most recently, Ms. Jones served as Group President, Commercial Water Solutions at Pentair, a global water treatment and solutions company, where she also held other various roles of increasing responsibility.
Prior to Pentair, Ms. Jones was Director of Product, Channel and Marketing at Generac Power Systems and Director of Marketing at Johnson Controls. She has also worked in corporate marketing functions at Abbott Laboratories, Milwaukee Tool and Stanley Black & Decker.

Tim has served as a director for Cornerstone Building Brands since November 2018. He currently serves on the Audit Committee and the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee. From 2013 through 2024, Mr. O’Brien served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Wilsonart Engineered Surfaces. Prior to joining Wilsonart, Mr. O’Brien served as Vice President and General Manager of SABIC Innovative Plastic (formerly GE Plastics), responsible for the engineering resins business in the Americas and Europe. Mr. O’Brien began his career at General Electric as a Sales Representative for GE Lighting. Throughout his 24-year career at GE, he also held roles of increasing responsibility in sales, product management and general management, including Vice President of Sales and Distribution Operations for Asia Pacific, based in Singapore, and Senior Vice President for Commercial Finance with GE Capital leading a global computer leasing business. Mr. O’Brien earned his bachelor’s degree from Northeastern University in Massachusetts and his MBA from Baldwin Wallace College in Ohio.

Susan S. Selle has served as Chief Marketing Officer for Cornerstone Building Brands, the merged NCI Building Systems and Ply Gem Building Products company, since November 2018. Before the merger, Ms. Selle served as Chief Marketing Officer for Ply Gem since July 2014. Before joining Ply Gem, Ms. Selle held senior marketing and brand leadership roles with Jarden Consumer Solutions (formerly Sunbeam Products) from 1998 – 2014. While at Jarden, she led global marketing, customer marketing, advertising strategy, category management, digital & social marketing, shopper marketing and portfolio brand management for leading brands such as Mr. Coffee, Crock-Pot, Oster, Sunbeam, Foodsaver, First Alert, Holmes, Margaritaville Products and Healthometer. Prior to joining Jarden, Ms. Selle was employed by Tyson Foods in Retail Product Marketing and Nestle Foods in Sales and Regional Marketing. She graduated from the University of Missouri – Columbia with a B.S in Marketing and Management and brings over 30 years of marketing experience with top Fortune 500 companies.

Alan Strassner has served as Executive Vice President, Chief Growth Officer for Cornerstone Building Brands since 2022. In June 2023, Mike became the Director of Sales, North Star Windows & Doors, with responsibilities ranging from sales strategy advancement, market share acquisition and customer growth.
Prior to joining the Company, Mike held the position of Vice President, Sales & Partnership Development with Peak Installations from 2013-2021, the authorized installation division of Home Depot Canada where he led a high-performance sales team, driving profitable sales growth.

Eric Paré brings over 25 years of leadership experience in manufacturing and operations, including 16 years with multinational companies in the paper and concrete industries. Before joining Cornerstone Building Brands, he served as CEO of MAC Metal Architectural for nine years, guiding the company’s growth and innovation. Following MAC’s acquisition by Cornerstone Building Brands in 2023, Mr. Paré continues to drive the brand’s success as Vice President & General Manager.
With degrees in Mechanical and Chemical Engineering (specializing in Environmental Management), Mr. Paré is also certified in Digital 4.0 Enterprise Strategy and holds a Black Belt in Six Sigma. Becky Zulkosky joined the Cornerstone Building Brands Canadian Business Unit as an entry-level IT resource in August 1998 and was responsible for bringing technological solutions to business initiatives through infrastructure, software development, and strategic investment at the Mitten Siding plant and Mitten Canadian branches. Promoted to IT Manager in 2006, she built a team to support the growing IT footprint and, in 2008, successfully launched a state-of-the-art, custom ERP. Promoted to Director IT in 2018, her role expanded to include the Canadian Ply Gem business unit, North Star Windows & Doors and Brock Doors & Windows in 2020. Currently, Becky is responsible for the development and execution of the strategic IT roadmap for the Canadian businesses and engaging a team of people passionate about leveraging technology to facilitate business growth.

Mike Ciardullo joined the Cornerstone Building Brands Canadian Business Unit as Director of Sales, Brock Doors & Windows on June 1, 2021, and was promoted to General Manager effective May 1, 2022, leading the brand’s strategic initiatives and growth objectives. In June 2023, Mike became the Director of Sales, North Star Windows & Doors, with responsibilities ranging from sales strategy advancement, market share acquisition and customer growth.
Prior to joining the Company, Mike held the position of Vice President, Sales & Partnership Development with Peak Installations from 2013-2021, the authorized installation division of Home Depot Canada where he led a high-performance sales team, driving profitable sales growth.

Director of Operations, Windows and Doors Canada
Sheldon Dyck joined the Cornerstone Building Brands Canadian Business Unit in 1989 as a Draftsperson for North Star Windows & Doors and has steadily served in various positions of increasing responsibility since then, including Service Manager, Office and IT Manager, Manager of Business Systems, and General Manager, leading to his role today as Director of Operations, Windows and Doors Canada.
Mr. Dyck brings years of industry knowledge to the organization. He holds a diploma in Business Administration and Microcomputers from the Toronto School of Business and a Professional Certificate of Management from Western University.
Vice President, Growth Excellence, Canadian Business Unit
Arnaud Leclerc joined Cornerstone Building Brands as Vice President, Growth Excellence for our Canadian Business Unit in April 2024. Mr. Leclerc brings more than 15 years of experience in Business and Product innovation, Strategy and Growth leadership, Portfolio management, and Research and Development. Most recently Mr. Leclerc served as Global Strategy & Growth Leader for DuPont’s Industrial solutions business where he drove improvement in strategic marketing and growth initiatives across Electronics, Healthcare and Transportation segments. Prior to this role, Mr. Leclerc held various roles of increasing responsibility, leading global product lines, growth strategies and manufacturing technology teams in the construction segment.
Mr. Leclerc studied Chemical and Process Engineering and earned his PhD from Claude Bernard University in Lyon, France, and a Post Doctorate from Laval University in Quebec.
Vice President & General Manager, MAC Metal Architectural
Eric Paré brings over 25 years of leadership experience in manufacturing and operations, including 16 years with multinational companies in the paper and concrete industries. Before joining Cornerstone Building Brands, he served as CEO of MAC Metal Architectural for nine years, guiding the company’s growth and innovation. Following MAC’s acquisition by Cornerstone Building Brands in 2023, Mr. Paré continues to drive the brand’s success as Vice President & General Manager.
With degrees in Mechanical and Chemical Engineering (specializing in Environmental Management), Mr. Paré is also certified in Digital 4.0 Enterprise Strategy and holds a Black Belt in Six Sigma. His career spans roles from Maintenance Director to CEO, with a focus on operational excellence, innovation, and people-driven leadership.
Vice President, Sales, Windows and Doors Canada
Dean Ressler joined Cornerstone Building Brands in 1999 with Gienow Windows & Doors, evolving through a progressive growth trajectory across diverse roles and accumulating over 23 years of experience with the organization. Currently serving as the Vice President. Sales, Windows and Doors Canada, Mr. Ressler’s career is marked by a track record of advancing responsibilities and leadership.
Mr. Ressler attained his Business Administration diploma from Lethbridge College, and through a demonstrated commitment to continuous growth and lifelong learning, Dean pursued further academic accomplishments, recently earning an MBA from Athabasca University in 2022.
Vice President, Sales, Mitten Building Products
Dave Simpson joined Cornerstone Building Brands as Vice President of Sales for Mitten Building Products in September 2023. Mr. Simpson joined us with an impressive career spanning over two decades in the building materials industry, including senior leadership roles in sales, marketing, and operations, serving most recently as Director of Sales and Marketing for Rheem Canada. Prior to this role, Mr. Simpson held the position of Regional Vice President for Gentek Building Products.
Mr. Simpson holds a degree Carleton University in Ottawa and earned his MBA from the University of Phoenix.
Director, IT, Cornerstone Building Brands, Canadian Business Unit
Becky Zulkosky joined the Cornerstone Building Brands Canadian Business Unit as an entry-level IT resource in August 1998 and was responsible for bringing technological solutions to business initiatives through infrastructure, software development, and strategic investment at the Mitten Siding plant and Mitten Canadian branches. Promoted to IT Manager in 2006, she built a team to support the growing IT footprint and, in 2008, successfully launched a state-of-the-art, custom ERP. Promoted to Director IT in 2018, her role expanded to include the Canadian Ply Gem business unit, North Star Windows & Doors and Brock Doors & Windows in 2020. Currently, Becky is responsible for the development and execution of the strategic IT roadmap for the Canadian businesses and engaging a team of people passionate about leveraging technology to facilitate business growth.
Becky Zulkosky attended the University of Western Ontario, resides in Ayr, Ontario, with her children and husband, and volunteers her time to the local minor hockey association.
